About Jon

Hi! Iโ€™m Jon Winters, founder of Empower You Coachsulting.

That belief - that everyone deserves to be seen, heard and understood,

valued, and to have a purpose - is why I do this work.

I've seen this play out twice. At a previous company, I watched a leader model connection, shared purpose, and accountability so consistently that the culture ran itself - until he was promoted and replaced by leadership that only tracked the numbers, and the culture changed overnight.

Later, at another organization, I joined a team led by someone who claimed to care about people but led through fear and surrounded himself with people who wouldn't push back - and I watched what that does to trust and honesty on a team.

Both taught me the same lesson -

Culture isn't what leaders say.

It's what they model, every day, whether anyone's watching or not.

I am a Leadership & Culture Architect.

I work with leaders and teams who know thereโ€™s more possible -

more purpose, more engagement, and more impact.
